If emailing a custom design, please make sure it is good quality, (300 DPI preferred ) no tiny detail, and can be easily converted to solid black. Colorful logos or grey black and white images WILL NOT engrave. Every effort will be made to use the logo of your choice but if an issue arises, we will contact you.
